1. Service
BatiBe is an online directory connecting individuals with artisans in Belgium. Free for individuals, free for artisans.
2. Artisan registration
Registration requires a valid VAT number. Automatic verification via VIES. Fraudulent listings may be suspended.
3. Reviews
Reviews must be honest and based on real experience. Moderation possible.
4. Liability
BatiBe acts as a technical intermediary. The contractual relationship is between individual and artisan.
5. Applicable law
Belgian law. Brussels courts are competent.
