BatiBe respects your privacy and protects your data in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the Belgian law of 30 July 2018.

Data collected

• Account data: email, name, hashed password.
• Professional data: company name, VAT, contact, photos, description.
• Usage data: pages visited, searches, technical logs.

Purposes

• Connect individuals with artisans.
• Verify artisan legality via VIES.
• Improve user experience and service security.

Legal basis

Contract execution, legitimate interest and consent.

Retention

Data is kept as long as the account is active, and at most 3 years after the last activity.
